IBERIONI GAMEIBERIONI GAME is an entertainment and educational game platform available at games.iberioni.com. It includes quizzes, chess, Joker, backgammon, Tetris and other games or features that may be added later.
Users must meet the minimum age and consent requirements that apply in their country. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, the user may use account-based features only with that consent.
Some games may be played as a guest and some features may require sign-in. Users must not impersonate others, access another person's account without permission, or create multiple accounts to manipulate Coins, Rating, matchmaking, statistics or results.
Each game is governed by the rules and controls shown in that game. Users are responsible for making their moves within applicable turn or match timers. A timeout, resignation, checkmate, completed score condition or other end condition implemented by the game may determine the result.
Cheating is prohibited. This includes bots or automation used to gain an unfair advantage, unauthorized assistance, exploiting technical errors, manipulating matchmaking or results, collusion between accounts, deliberately interrupting games to avoid a loss, and any attempt to alter game data or rankings.
IBERIONI Coins, Points and Rating are in-platform game features. Coins may be earned through eligible gameplay, awarded through verified rewarded-ad experiences, or purchased through an authorized app store where available. Coins are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, securities or investments; they have no guaranteed cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred for cash, or exchanged for money. Game rewards, costs and balancing rules may be adjusted prospectively to maintain fair gameplay.
Paid Coins and other eligible digital items are processed through the applicable app-store billing system, such as Google Play. Purchases may be verified on IBERIONI servers before virtual value is credited. Avatars, outfits, frames, reactions, cosmetic items and other virtual items are licensed for in-platform use and do not confer ownership of money or property outside the Platform. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant app-store rules. Where a purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding virtual value may be removed or adjusted, provided mandatory consumer rights are respected.
Eligible online Chess results may award or deduct Coins according to the rules displayed in the game. Computer/bot games do not generate competitive Coin rewards unless expressly stated. IBERIONI may apply reasonable anti-farming, anti-collusion and duplicate-settlement controls. A reward is credited only once for an eligible completed match.
Players must interact respectfully. Harassment, threats, hateful or abusive content, spam, fraudulent conduct and inappropriate nicknames or reactions are prohibited. IBERIONI may restrict multiplayer access where necessary to protect users or game integrity.
Online game results may affect Rating, Coins and statistics according to the rules implemented for that game. Technical corrections may be made where a result was recorded incorrectly because of a verified system error, abuse or manipulation.
IBERIONI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Internet failures, browser or device limitations, maintenance, third-party service outages and other technical conditions may affect a match. We may update, suspend or modify game features to maintain security, fairness and reliability.
The Platform may display advertising supplied by Google or other advertising partners. Advertising does not change game outcomes, and users must not artificially generate ad impressions or clicks.
IBERIONI GAME branding, original interface elements, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Personal data and device information are handled as described in the IBERIONI GAME Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of the information provided to users of the Platform.
IBERIONI may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of cheating, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements or serious/repeated breaches of these Terms.
The Platform is provided for entertainment and educational use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Games, scoring systems, Coins, Rating rules and these Terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective or last-updated date and, where required, by providing additional notice.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user's country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
